Come join our team – oh the stuff we could make together! Ideas belong to no one person; they are just out there ready to be picked out of the air like a ripe piece of fruit. Together we will harvest them, and then mix up an epic amalgamated concoction of computer code, comics, cartoons, games, robots, dinosaurs, keyframes, pixels, no. 8 wire, beer cans, and you. So hurry up and apply, we can’t wait to meet you.

Founded in 2010 by lifelong friends, collaborators, and makers of stuff: Jason “Big Bear” Adams, Rob Di Figlia, Dan Wang and Chris Waters, Oktobor Animation has quickly emerged as a top creative and digital content production studio, working extensively with major entertainment brands like Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, Disney, and Mattel.

Oktobor Animation is one of the most prolific digital studios in the world with a dedicated art department, an in-house production team, and a world-class technical development unit. In our first three years alone, we produced over 1400 minutes of CG animation on hit shows such as Penguins of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, Monsters vs. Aliens, and Robot and Monster. We have also created

commercially available software, made an indie video game, and developed interactive, animated, app, and transmedia properties for some of the world’s leading producers, publishers, and toy companies… and we are just getting started!

With offices in Los Angeles and Auckland, New Zealand, Oktobor’s diverse international team is united by a love of storytelling, animation, design, and technology. We boast a globally respected and battle-tested production pipeline, a state-of-the-art facility, and true to our roots, a Kiwi “no. 8 wire” ingenuity. Our motto is simple: Make Something. In that spirit, we strive everyday to inspire, create, and push the envelope of technology and imagination – and MAKE STUFFs.
